What we collect
If you send the contact form, we collect the name, email address, organization if you provide one, the service you select, the message, and the fact that you agreed we may use those details to reply. A security session is created while you use the form. If you choose a cookie setting, we store that choice.
We do not ask for payment card numbers, identity documents, or an account password. We do not run analytics or advertising tools on this website, so we do not collect analytics profiles here.
The server that hosts the site may keep ordinary technical logs, such as the address of a request and the time, so the site can operate and be protected. Those logs are not used to build marketing profiles.
Why we use it
Inquiry details are used to read your message, decide whether the practice is a fit, and reply. That is necessary to respond to a request you sent, and you confirm it with the checkbox on the form.
The session cookie is used to protect the form from forged submissions. The consent cookie is used to remember whether you accepted all cookies or rejected non-essential cookies, and to keep the notice closed until you change your mind.
How long we keep it
Correspondence about an inquiry is kept for up to 24 months so the practice can refer to the request, then deleted, unless a client engagement has started and a longer record is required for that work. The consent cookie lasts 180 days. The session cookie ends when you close the browser session.
Who receives it
The inquiry is delivered to the practice mailbox through the website host’s mail service. We do not sell personal information. We do not pass inquiry details to analytics or advertising companies, because those tools are not used on this site.
The practice is based in the Republic of Moldova. Messages you send may be processed there.
Your choices
You may ask for a copy of the inquiry details we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete them, by writing to [email protected]. If you withdraw permission to use an inquiry, we stop using it for new replies. That does not undo a reply already sent.
You can change the cookie choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer or on the cookie policy page. You may also contact the national data protection authority in the Republic of Moldova if you believe your information has been handled improperly. Please write to the practice first so we can respond directly.
This website is not directed at children, and the contact form is meant for business inquiries.
