Initial contact
You write through the contact form or to [email protected]. A useful note says what the company does, what decision is in front of you, and whether a supplier is already involved.
There is no fee for the message. The reply, usually within two business days, says whether the practice is a fit and what a first conversation would cover.
Discovery
Discovery is a structured conversation, in Chișinău or by video. It covers how the work moves today, which tools are already in use, and what a good outcome would change for the people doing the work.
You provide time with those people and honest constraints. The practice shares notes afterward so both sides can correct the record before a scope is written.
Preparation
Preparation turns the notes into a proposal: the service, the boundaries, the deliverables, the timing, and the fee. This is the moment to add or remove work. Paid work does not start until you accept that proposal in writing.
If the right result of discovery is “do not proceed,” the practice says so. You are not moved into a project for the sake of activity.
Workflow
The working period follows the accepted scope. It may include interviews, a requirements list, a comparison, a workplace plan, a revised routine, or reviews with your supplier.
You make people and documents available when they are needed. The practice keeps an open list of questions and does not widen the work quietly. A change is written down and agreed.
Delivery
Delivery is the set of documents named in the proposal, plus a walkthrough. You have room to correct factual mistakes. The close note states what was decided, what was left, and what would reopen the question.
The files are yours to keep. They are written so the team can use them without a follow-up call, even if you later choose retained support.
Communication
Throughout the engagement there is one named contact. Working sessions are followed by a short email note. There is no client portal and no status meeting held only because a calendar said so.
You can ask where a point stands, and you will get a direct answer. If something is blocked because information is missing, that is said plainly.
Next steps
After delivery, the engagement ends unless you want it to continue. Continuation is usually retained technology support, with a monthly volume agreed in a separate note.
If you prefer to stop, you leave with the documents and a clear point of contact should a later decision appear. Nothing renews automatically.
