Business technology services

Technology that fits the way your company works

Serghei Ciovaga helps companies choose, introduce, and look after the technology their operations depend on. The practice is based in Chișinău and works by written agreement.

A calm view of the systems a company already has.

Most technology trouble starts when a tool is bought before the work is understood. The practice separates the operation from the catalogue, writes the decision down, and stays independent of the vendor who hopes to sell the product.

Read how the practice works

  • Vendor independence A recommendation is not paid for by a software commission.
  • Plain language Notes are written so the people doing the work can use them.
  • A named contact One person follows the engagement from the first note to the close.
  • Scope before fees Paid work starts only after a written proposal is accepted.

Approach

Understand the work, then touch the tools.

The first conversations are about how orders, jobs, money, or requests actually move. Only then does a tool, a vendor, or a change to a routine earn a place in the recommendation.

Sessions end with a short written note. There is no portal to learn and no slide deck standing in for a decision. If the honest answer is to wait, or to keep the current system, that is what the brief says.

Follow the path from first contact to delivery

The rhythm of an engagement

  • Contact A note about the company and the decision.
  • Discovery How the work is done today.
  • Preparation A written scope and fee.
  • Work Sessions, notes, and drafts.
  • Delivery The agreed documents and a walkthrough.
  • Next conversation Close, or an optional retainer.

A good fit is specific.

This is useful when

  • A privately owned company has a real operation and a technology decision in front of it.
  • Someone can describe how the work happens today, including the awkward parts.
  • The company wants a written recommendation it can accept or decline.

This is the wrong practice when

  • The request is to resell licenses or equipment as the main job.
  • The work is a consumer app, a game, or a product studio build.
  • The need is legal advice, accounting, or round-the-clock network monitoring.

Commercial offer

Three ways to begin, all confirmed in writing.

An orientation brief is a fixed piece of advisory work. A project engagement covers selection, workplace planning, automation, or oversight. Retained support is a monthly rhythm after the project, or instead of one.

Fees are stated in the proposal. There is no charge for the first email.

Questions that usually come first

What does the practice actually do?

Serghei Ciovaga helps companies with the technology that supports daily work. That includes advising on priorities, selecting business systems, planning workplace technology, simplifying routine operations, overseeing a vendor implementation, and staying available afterward.

How are fees decided?

After the request is understood, you receive a written scope and a fee. Orientation work has a fixed scope. Projects are priced against that scope. Retained support is a monthly fee based on reserved time. Paid work starts after you accept the proposal in writing.

Do you only work in Chișinău?

The practice is based at Columna St 170, Chișinău. Conversations can happen in person in Chișinău or remotely by video and email. Any on-site time is agreed in the scope.

How do we start?
